We reproduce vintage concepts. We shape by hand with Burford, Just and US blanks. We glass with Silmar resin and Volan cloth.

1.-BEACH BOARDS 1960 – 1965 (9’4’’ to 10’10’’):
Flat rocker, 50/50 rails, belly bottom, pin or square tails. Thicknes: 3.25’’ to 3.8’’. One inch stringer or triple. 10 oz Volan cloth + 8 oz cloth on deck and the same on bottom. Glassed on skeg made of wood or glass. Tinted resin on glass (gel coat): flat pastel colors, comp stripes, panels... Tailblocks and noseblocks. 2.-STEPDECK 1966 – 1968 (9’2’’ to 10’2’’):
Flat rocker with kicked tail. Egg rails. Scooped off nose. Pin tail. Thickness: from 3.25’’ to 3.75’’. Width: from 22.75’’ to 23.75’’. Single stringer. 8 oz Volan cloth + 6 oz cloth on deck and 8 oz Volan on bottom. Glassed on fin. Tinted resins in lam (opaque and translucent). Tinted resin on glass (gel coat): comp stripes, bands… Pinlines. Psychedelic/flower inlay fabric. Volan knee patch.
3.-NOSERIDERS 1966 – 1968 (9’0’’ to 10’2’’):
Flat rocker with kicked tail. Egg rails. Nose teardrop concave. Pin or square tail. Thickness: from 3’’ to 3.5’’. Width: from 22.25’’ to 24.5’’. Single stringer or T-band. 10 oz Volan cloth + 6 oz cloth on deck and 10 oz Volan on bottom. Glassed on fin or removable. Tinted resins in lam (opaque and translucent). Tinted resin on glass (gel coat): comp stripes, bands… Pinlines. Psychedelic/flower inlay fabric. Volan knee patch.
4.-HIGH PERFORMANCE 1967 – 1968 (8’8’’ to 9’8’’):
Natural rocker. Thin egg rails. Pin or square tails. Thickness: from 3’’ to 3.25’’. Width: from 20.5’’ to 21.5’’. Single stringer or triple. 8 oz Volan cloth + 6 oz cloth on deck and 8 oz Volan on bottom. Glassed on or removable fin. Tinted resins in lam (opaque and translucent). Tinted resin on glass (gel coat): comp stripes, bands…Pinlines. Volan knee patch. Tinted resin tailblocks.
5.-V-BOTTOM 1967-1968 (7’4’’ to 8’8’’):
Pinchy egg rails. Square tail. Thickness from 3’’. Single stringer. 8 oz Volan cloth + 6 oz cloth on deck and 8 oz Volan on bottom. Glassed on or removable flex fin. Tinted resins in lam: flat colors or swirl effect. Comp bands. Pinlines. Psychedelic/flower inlay fabric. Volan knee patch.
6.-MINIGUNS 1968-1969 (7’6’’ to 8’8’’):

8.-SINGLE FIN 1969 – 1972 (6’0’’ to 7’6’’)
Standard shape of the era with 60/40 rails and pin or square tails. Lots of volume. Lam with 6 oz cloth (optional Volan). Glassed on fin made of glass or Wolf or removable glass fin. Tinted resin lamination. Pinlines.
9.-FISH 1971 - 1972 (5’6’’ to 6’2’’):
Flat rocker. Thickness: 3’’. Width: until 21’’. V-bottomed tail. 60/40 rails. Glassed on fins made of plywood or fiberglass. Resin tints on lamination. Pinlines.
